Vitor Pereira has had a pre contract agreement in place with Everton for 2 months to become their new manager according to Portuguese Newspaper A Bola

In the article they mention that Pereira’s agent Christophe Henrotay had agreed the contract long before it was announced that David Moyes was leaving for Manchester United as far back as March 13th.

It says that either party can still cancel this agreement.
