Two youngsters leave the club on loan

Everton have agreed for George Green and Francisco Junior to leave the club on loan.

19 year old Green joins Tranmere Rovers on loan until the end of the season and 23 year old Junior joins Port Vale again until the end of the season.

Speaking to the Port Vale website, Junior hardly fills the Vale fans with confidence when he was asked what he will bring to the league one club:

“I think I’m going to try to do my best like I always do,” he said. “I cannot say what I’m going to bring but I’m going to try to do my best.

“[I will] give 100 per cent in every game, in training and like I say, let’s see what’s going to happen but I’m sure I’m going to do my best to help the team.”

Meanwhile George Green joins league two strugglers Tranmere Rovers, who will be hoping that he can provide a spark to push them up the table.  Green joined the blues for a reported £2m as a youngster from Bradford City.
