Two Everton players set to leave?
Two young Everton players could be set to leave the club on loan to Cardiff City according to Wales Online.
Conor McAleny and Matthew Kennedy are both wanted by Cardiff City manager Russell Slade according to the report and he is set to approach the club with a view to an agreement.
McAleny has had a frustrating few years after suffering a broken leg onloan at Brentford last season, while Kennedy enjoyed a fairly unspectacular spell at Hibernian in the Scottish Championship.

If there is any truth in this I hope that it’s a loan for the rest of the season only. Connor Mac & Matty both deserve total loyalty from Everton and I feel that this is the time that both deserve first team opportunities regardless of our present position. Shipping homegrown talent off to other clubs temporarily can be good for the boys professionally but I would rather see them showing their cards for us week after week. If they feel the same it would be a crime to utilise their talents for a bit of extra income. Perhaps we too can win trophies with kids. No offense boys.
