    Spurs and Everton set for battle over Dutch winger Kokcu

    Everton and Tottenham Hotspur will go head to head in a bid to sign Dutch youngster Ozankan Kokcu according to the Times.

    The 18 year old attacking midfielder is out of contract in the summer and both clubs are set to offer pre-contract’s with a view to signing him in the summer for free.

    The Feyenoord attacker can also play on the wing and his agent Muzzi Ozcan has revealed that both clubs have held extensive talks about signing the player in the summer.

    The 18-year-old has been invited to join Azerbaijan’s senior team as he is eligible to play for the country through his parents, but is opting to stay with Holland at the moment having represented their under-17 team.

    1. We need senior experienced players to go straight into team or as back up to Rom, Mirallas & Ross! We do need another winger IE Cafu or Costa and another CB! Sort it out that’s what we have been waiting for since November!
