    Pienaar to leave Everton to move to South Africa?

    Everton midfielder Steven Pienaar has dropped a massive hint that he will return to South Africa when his current contract with the club comes to an end in the summer.

    Everton manager Roberto Martinez has refused to discuss the South Africans situation until the end of the season but in an interview with BT Sports recently, Pienaar said: “I haven’t decided yet. I’d love to come back [to South Africa] for one or two seasons.”

    The South African isn’t expected to be offered a new deal as injuries and form have badly affected his last two seasons so he is expected to move to his homeland or the Netherlands, where he had a successful time with Ajax.
