    Jagielka: We need to win something

    Everton skipper Phil Jagielka says that his side simply have to win something with the likelihood being a cup, following his sides 2-0 victory over Dagenham and Redbridge.

    The captain made his first appearance for 2 months in the FA cup match and said that his side simply have to win something soon and it would be nice to get quite far in the FA Cup.

    ‘We have always said we need to win something, win a cup,’

    ‘It showed the other night how much fans love being in the latter stages of a competition.

    ‘They were great here at Goodison and it would be just as nice to get as far in the FA Cup and enjoy some special moments.’
