Everton targeting out of contract Manchester City Norwegian U21 International Abdisalam Ibrahim

Everton are once again being linked with Manchester City’s Norwegian U21 International youngster Abdisalam Ibrahim in the Daily Mail

The youngster was continually linked last year and he has been told my Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini that he can leave the Etihad stadium with his blessing aslong as they get a fee that will be set by a tribunal.

Swansea, Southampton, QPR and Reading are also being linked to the player, who has spent the last couple of seasons onloan at Norwegian club Stromsgodset, helping them win the Norwegian title last year.

The young midfielder has been likened to Patrick Viera and Yaya Toure and is keen to secure a move to the Premier League. Everton have continually been linked to the youngster and a move is shortly expected
