    Everton open talks for £8m Ivan Perisic transfer

    Everton have opened talks with Wolfsburg about the £8m transfer of Croatian winger Ivan Perisic according to the Daily Mail.

    The Croatian performed well in the opening World Cup game against Brazil despite suffering a controversial loss against the host with some debateable refereeing decisions.

    Perisic only joined Wolfsburg 18 months ago and has scored 12 times in 44 games for the Germans after an €8m move from Borussia Dortmund.

    The 25 year old has played 30 times for his national team scoring 3 goals.
