    Everton keeping tabs on Spiderman with view to a transfer

    Everton and Liverpool are both in the hunt for Turkish international midfielder Mehmet Topal if he fails to agree a contract extension with Fenerbahce.

    Talksport have said that if talks stall then Everton, Liverpool, Manchester City or Spurs will be ready to pounce for the man nicknamed Spiderman.

    The 29 year old played 39 times last season in all competitions for club and country and scored 2 goals.
