    Everton Interested in Former Real Madrid Star

    Everton are interested in 23-year-old Spanish winger Juan Carlos according to Estadio Deportivo

    The former Real Madrid youth product is currently on a season-long loan with Real Betis and, according to Seville-based daily Estadio Deportivo, has come to the attention of the Toffees.

    Carlos is under contract with Portuguese outfit Braga and has enjoyed regular first team football with Pepe Mel’s men during his loan.

    The 23-year-old has clocked up 21 appearances in La Liga this season, providing four assists.

    Carlos has won international recognition, picking up five caps for Spain’s Under-21 side.

    It remains to be seen whether Everton will launch a summer swoop for the winger, but the Toffees are now firmly tracking the Betis star.
