    Everton in Blackett loan link

    Everton are being linked with a move for Manchester United defender Tyler Blackett, if they fail to secure a transfer for Jonny Evans according to the Daily Mirror.

    The 21 year old centre-back is also a target for Leicester City and Sunderland according to the report as the red devils look to give Blackett more Premier League experience.

    The England under 21 international has already enjoyed loan spells at Blackpool and Birmingham City and Louis Van Gaal may see Everton as the perfect club for him to mature at…… Although whether he could get in the team ahead of John Stones and Phil Jagielka is another story.
