Everton impressed by League One prospect following scouting mission
Everton are one of a number of clubs that are interested in signing young Doncaster Rovers striker Jack McKay as the youngster impressed after coming on for the clubs reserve side according to the Daily Mail.
Representatives from Everton were in attendance with scouts from Sheffield Wednesday and Crystal Palace for Doncaster Rovers reserves against Rotherham United last week.
The 6ft 3in 17 year old striker was named their academy player of the year last term with 26 goals and has started this season in great form with 15 goals so far this term.
McKay qualifies for England, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland and has a twin brother who is also at the club.
McKay is the son of agent Willie.
