Everton chasing double £60m striker deals

Everton are looking to sign 2 more strikers including Arsenal frontman Theo Walcott according to the Daily Mirror.

The report says that Everton were looking to do a double deal with Arsenal for Walcott and fellow striker Olivier Giroud, but the Frenchman looks to set sign for German team Borussia Dortmund and Koeman has switched his attention to Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke.

Benteke had a fine second half of the season at Crystal Palace but is thought to be available for transfer so the club can raise more funds for new boss Frank de Boer.

England striker Walcott has been in and out of Arsene Wengers teams and might fancy the move to big spending Everton to try and cement his England place in a World Cup year.

Which striker would you like Everton to sign?

  1. NO CHANCE DONT WASTE £60 million on them 2 players walcott is overrated . I DO LIKE GIROUD for bout £15 million at the wee Spanish player who comes on sometime as sub for ARSENAL WE COULD BID £ 10 million for him. with the money EVERTON FC HAVE NOW WE CAN OUT BID DORTMUND FOR GIROUD i think he would be VERY GOOD FOR US ?

  2. Dortmund have bid £25m for Giroud & have had a meeting with him, looks like he is going there! Nearly 31 don’t forget!! Batshui or Jorgenson (top goalscorer in Holland) both better long term bets!!
