Everton and Inter Milan are lined up for a cut price deal to sign RCD Espanyol midfielder Wakaso according to Spanish Newspaper Marca.
The Spanish club have severe financial trouble and are looking at a quick sale of Wakaso and Hector Moreno as they look to balance the books.
Last week both Inter and Everton has scouts at the Riazor watching the talented Ghanaian although no formal offers have yet been submitted.
The expected price is likely to be between €3-€4m but the Espanyol manager Javier Aguirre would like to keep the player, who he rates highly, if he can control his behaviour on and off the pitch.
Wakaso has a contract until 2016, but Espanyol must sell one or two players this summer.
