    Chelsea to offer second Stones bid shortly

    Chelsea are set to make a second offer of £26m within the next 48 hours according to various newspaper reports this morning.

    Chelsea continue to feed the press with information following a failed £20m bid last week and the Daily Mirror are reporting that Everton are holding out for £34m.

    Many Everton fans will see £34m as being too low for the England international despite it being a British record and don’t feel this would be a good deal for the club.

    Manchester United are also interested in taking the 21 year old to Old Trafford.
