    Arouna Kone back in action finally

    Forgotten Everton striker Arouna Kone made his long awaited return to action in the International Cup lastnight for the Everton under 21’s against Celtic at Goodison Park.

    The £5m man has been out for over a year with a serious knee ligament injury, but made small steps to making his first team comeback with 45 minutes in lastnights game.

    Kone only made 6 brief appearances for the club following his move from Wigan Athletic and Everton supporters will be hoping that he can get back to his best and prove to be an important asset for the club.

    Kone has never started a Premier League game for the club but will be hoping to get back to fitness to help during the hectic winter schedule.
