Everton identify 6ft 4 German to help defence

The Everton Forum team are constantly trawling the press for targets and Everton are being linked with a move for Hoffenheim defender Kevin Vogt according to reports in the press including the Daily Mail.

The German defender is uncapped at international level but has been identified by the Everton scouting team as a potential target to shore up a leaky defence.

The 6ft 4 defender impressed in a recent Champions League tie against Liverpool but the reports state that a summer move is more likely.

Former Koln star Vogt is a ball playing defender, comfortable on the ball having previously played in midfield.
