Everton to pay release clause for talented Spanish striker

Everton are set to pay the release clause for Sevilla striker Juan Munoz Munoz according to Spanish news outlet Mucho Deporte.

The 19 year old striker has entered the final year of his contract and would be available for a bargain fee of €3m although the Spanish club are trying to negotiate a new contract with the youngster.

The young striker has only made one appearance for the club since coming through the ranks with Sevilla B.

The striker has recently turned down a new contract offer from Sevilla but Everton are likely to be able to offer far better wages.  Munoz is highly rated in Spain and has represented them at Under 19 level.
