Football Managers under Pressure

Give him the cup final then get rid?

Seems harsh even for Chelsea to sack a manager before a cup final
They won't even lay a boot on Chelsea at the moment. May aswell get rid before.

Fat Sam will be all over this one
I wouldn't wish anyone the horror that is gravy face. (Liverpool excepted but that goes without saying).

But it would be refreshing to have him occupied elsewhere as opposed to him being annonited "Everton expert" on talk sport, being wheeled out every time we lose

An easy pay day for him, just like the Everton job. If clubs are stupid enough to hire him then more fool them.

I don't think Leicester will go anywhere near Allardyce. Could see them going for Rodgers though.

Leicester have made Brendan Rodgers their target and are preparing to make a formal bid for him to come as a permanent replacement mid season, it could cost them upto £7.5m although they're hopeful a compromise can be reached.

Leicester prepare official move for Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers with aim of securing appointment this season
