Everton and Covid-19

They can't play the derby if we're in self-isolation, it's ridiculous. We'll have at least 5 players (a guess) who will contract this.

Crazy how so many footballers are getting it and the government science is still saying “wash your hands, we‘ll be alright no need to do anything yet...blah blah blah”

Of course the derby isn’t going ahead. Nothing to worry about there.

The bigger question is how close are we getting to a full cancellation. It’s not just a pipe dream anymore.

interesting thing about season being extended into July like some are speculating. A lot of players contracts end July 1st. Some will have signed pre contracts to move to a new club on that date. Will that still happen? Will the window open as usual in June? I struggle to see how extending the season will be any less of a farce.

Im thinking that every Prem footballer has been tested and you will hear more footballers have it over coming days.

Can’t see anything other than a cancellation coming. This idea of extending the season is extremely fanciful given the lack of knowledge about this pandemic and how long it will last and how severe it will hit the public at large.
