He is nearly 5 years older and had a very similar scoring record at Doms age. Dom only turned 24 a few weeks ago. He's just on a bad run of form.
There's at least 9 other players to talk about before him.
Thing is, there's having a bad game (in the context of a great season) and there's suggesting he's shite, a modern day Andy Carrol and will never be as good as Danny Ings. Some blues need to accept that if he misses chances like he did last night people are going to bemoan that. It happens with every player in the world, no matter how good they are.
He's probably cost us 3 points in our last 2 home games with the chances he missed, so whilst it doesn't mean he's shite, should be on the bench or sold, people are within their rights to say he should've buried them chances. Like the man himself has come out and said. Does he think he's shite and is moving the goal posts too?
Or is it just an honest assessment of the events that took place?
Not sure you will see anyone say he will never be as good as Danny ings but at this moment he’s not.Thing is, there's having a bad game (in the context of a great season) and there's suggesting he's shite, a modern day Andy Carrol and will never be as good as Danny Ings.
