    Everton Player Ratings V Fulham

Howard – NA – Had f*ck all to do, could have stayed at home.

Coleman – 9 – Solid once again, looks a revelation in defence. Provided the assist and generally looked a threat down the right.

Jagielka – 7 – Again didn’t have much to do, made one mistake but also was very much dominant throughout. Also didn’t hoof it too much.

Distin – 7 – See Jagielka, but without the one mistake.

Baines – 8 – Strong in defence, was back to his better link up play which has been missing in recent weeks.

Mirallas – 7 – Another that looked a threat throughout, nice bits of skills here and there but didn’t set up or score so can’t give more.

Osman – 5 – I do worry about his constant selection in the side. He hasn’t the pace for League 2, never mind the prem. Although his technical ability does pull him up, he looks knackered and puts us in dodgy positions when he’s dribbled past, which is often.

Fellaini – 6 – Won most of his tackles, was involved in a fair bit of our good play, but missed that sitter and it wasn’t near his best displays this season.

Pienaar – 9 – My MOTM, although Coleman did run him close. While he was quiet in the first 20, he really came on after that and linked up everything. We need him to play like this next week.

Jelavic – 4 – Oh dear, what’s happened Jela? Although he showed some nice touches in the opening 20, he had 3 shots that were all woeful. He got worse as the game went on and was hauled off for Barkley near 60 minutes.

Anichebe – 5 – Quiet again from Victor. Held it up ok, didn’t get in the positions to score the goals IMO, which is something he still needs to work on massively to get to the next level of Everton not needing to look for a better player.
