    Everton linked to powerful Ligue 1 midfielder

    Everton are being linked with a move for LOSC Lille midfielder Yves Bissouma according to SkySports News.

    The 21 year old Mali international is on the wanted list of a number of clubs including Tottenham Hotspur, Monaco and Schalke having impressed for the Ligue 1 club this season.

    The 15 capped international scored 3 goals this season and added one assist from a deeper lying midfield position.

    The report from Sky does say that initial interest in the Malian was from former Everton director of football Steve Walsh, but Marcel Brands may still hold an interest in the youngster.
