Arsenal to pip Manchester United to Fellaini deal

ARSENAL remain the odds-on favourites to land Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini this transfer window according to the Daily Star

The big Belgian, 25, looks set to leave Goodison Park exit for around £24m.

Everton are bracing themselves for his exit and are lining up Paris St-Germain’s Clement Chantome as his replacement.

Arsene Wenger is a fan of Fellaini’s and wants him at the Emirates while David Moyes – now at United – was the man who gave Fellaini his Premier League chance.

Both are after him but it’s the Gunners who are best-placed to land the all-action midfielder.

Bookies make Fellaini as short as 1-2 to join Arsenal while United are priced up at 7-4.

Fellaini earns around £75,000-a-week at Everton and is after a big increase on his wage.

    1. does he really fit Arsenal’s style of play. he’s a gem ofcourse but everton get the better deal if they go for Celtic’s victor from his earnings.

    2. He by far a better option than Arteta don’t get why his rated he wouldn’t of made our bench four years ago fellaini a Must have along with a top striker and not Suarez

    3. Arsenal fan in peace. Would be nice to see some loyalty from Fellaini after all you’ve done for him. Great player, but he owes Everton a few more years in my opinion.

    4. Why is that our team arsenal are slow to make deals and also you hear of changes of plans. I am of the opinion that this Fellaini guy should have been signed but all we hear are stories.
