Everton appoint goalkeeping coach

Everton Football Club has agreed a deal to appoint Patrick Lodewijks as first-team goalkeeping coach.

The 49 year old has previously worked with blues manager Ronald Koeman, whilst the pair were at Feyenoord.

As a player, Lodewijks made over 350 appearances and as a coach he has been at Feyenoord in a coaching capacity since 2007, also taking charge of the under 21 team.

He joins Erwin Koeman and Jan Kluitenberg at Goodison Park
