Everton step up Henen negotiations – Outcome in May

Everton have stepped up negotiations with on-loan Belgium striker David Henen and the striker hopes to have his future decided by the end of the month.

In one of Evertons strangest ever transfers the Belgian originally spent one month training with the blues before signing for Olympiakos on transfer deadline day.  He then immediately signed for the blues on loan for a year.

Henen has impressed for the under 21’s but was injured in the recent mini derby and the 18 year old is likely to cost £200,000 with only personal terms to be agreed.

The former Anderlecht striker took to twitter to provide an update on his future.

“About my future,”

“For now I care about my rehabilitation , I let my agent handle negotiations .. we will be by the end of the month.”

Do you think Henen will sign permanently?
